In August 2024, Karl joined the Te Mātāwai whānau. He is a proud product of Whakatupuranga Rua Mano and has shown a commitment to kaupapa Māori entities throughout his career spanning various accounting, finance, governance and senior management roles in the private and public sectors.
Karl is an Associate Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand for many years and holds a Master of Commerce & Administration degree, majoring in accountancy.
