Are you one of our Kaitono? If you are, we are keen to hear how you are revitalising te reo Māori in your community so we can celebrate your efforts.

We are calling for photos, stories, or videos that we can share to help inspire others with their reo Māori journey. These may be used for our Te Mātāwai platforms such as the website, social media or in publications like our E-pānui Wairere and Pūrongo ā-Tau.

Our brand new reo-rua website has a ‘share with us’ section on the ‘Kāinga, hapori, iwi’ communities pages, for example Te Arawa: Te Arawa | Te Mātāwai

You just need to select which of the seven regions/Kāhui you are in or select Te Reo Tukutuku if you are a national kaupapa, then head to the ‘share with us’ tab.

On the ‘share with us’ section you can fill in information about you, your kaupapa, along with upload any images or video.

We only need a short description if you want us to contact you for more details or you can write up a story yourself. We are also looking for interesting kaupapa reo to capture ourselves through video or photography for our Takahia Tō Ara series.
