These dates apply to all regional clusters:

| Applications open | 1 January 2025 - 28 February 2025 |
| Processing and Assessment of Applications | March - May 2025 |
| Applicants notified | May - June 2025 |
| Contracts are signed | June 2025 |
| All projects commence | 1 July 2025 |
